1. Site Publisher

The Triovik website is a non-profit student project, developed as part of an academic assignment. It does not constitute a commercial activity.

2. Hosting

The site is hosted by VPS.

3. Personal Data (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, Triovik only collects data necessary for the operation of the service: email address, username, profile picture, ratings, reviews, likes, playlists, and messages. This data is kept for the duration of the account's existence and is never resold.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion by contacting triovik.contact@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

4. Cookies

Triovik only uses technical cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site (session management, authentication). No advertising cookies are used.

5. Intellectual Property

Metadata (titles, posters) comes from third-party sources such as TMDB, used in accordance with their terms. Content published by users (reviews, playlists) remains their property. The code and design of Triovik are protected by copyright.

6. Social Features

Triovik offers taste matching, quizzes, collaborative playlists, groups, and private messaging. These features involve partial visibility of your profile to other members. Private messages are only accessible to the participants of the conversation.

Any illegal or abusive content can be reported via the reporting feature. Triovik reserves the right to suspend any account in violation of these terms.

7. Liability

Triovik cannot be held responsible for content published by users or for any damages resulting from the use of the service. The site is subject to French law.
